Mayor Maness opened the floor for citizen comments. There were no citizen comments.

City Manager Kenny Martin welcomed everyone and thanked those in attendance. Public
Works Director Matt White presented an overview of Capital Transportation Project Funding
and answered questions from the Commission. The City Attorney also responded to
questions from the Commission regarding the presentation.
