follows the guidelines to not sell to minors. He stated that he has been through

training. There are three employees that will be serving beer, including himself and

Business is not doing as well as it was in the beginning. This was his and his

partners idea to help his business. He sells vapes, which he checks IDs for as well.

Chairperson Pat Scales asked what quantity he will be selling, he will be selling six

packs. There is only three employees, including himself and his partner.

He used to be server and serve alcohol. Open 9-10 and Sat 9-11.

MAPCO Manager representing company. Stated they annually refresh the training

through a course for employees and have a point of sale entry that there is no way

around. IDs must be scanned for beer, alcohol, vapes, etc.
